What file formats are supported?

Currently, we support PPTX format (PowerPoint 2007 and later). The maximum file size is 25MB.

What languages can I translate to?

We support major languages including Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. The translation engine uses Anthropic's Claude API.

How long does translation take?

It varies depending on file size and number of slides, but typically takes a few seconds to several tens of seconds per slide. Larger files may take several minutes.

How accurate is the translation?

Using Anthropic's Claude API, high-accuracy translations are possible. However, we recommend reviewing and correcting translations for specialized terminology and context-dependent expressions.

Where are my uploaded files stored?

Files are securely stored in Supabase Storage. They are linked to your account and cannot be accessed by other users.

Can I delete my files?

Yes, you can delete files from the dashboard at any time. Please note that deleted files cannot be recovered.

What's the difference between free and paid plans?

The free plan provides basic translation features. Paid plans offer larger file sizes and advanced features. Please check the pricing page for details.

Can I edit translation results?

You can review translation results on the preview page, but direct editing is not available in the current version. This feature is planned for a future update.

Unable to upload files

• Ensure the file size is 25MB or less
• Ensure the file format is PPTX
• Check your internet connection
• Clear your browser cache and try again

Translation not completing

• Wait a moment and reload the page
• Large files may take longer to process
• Check the error message and contact support

Translation results are incorrect

• Check in the preview that the original text was correctly recognized
• For documents with many technical terms, manual corrections after translation are recommended
• Review context-dependent expressions after translation

Preview not displaying

• Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser
• Try a different browser
• Reload the page
